New Cancellation Policy

Avenues has been experiencing an increase of last minute cancellations and ‘no-shows’.

Unfortunately this has made it necessary for us to introduce a cancellation policy.

For clients having a technical service, who give us less than 48 hours notice for cancelling or do not turn up, there will be an additional charge added to their next appointment.
This will be 25% of the total bill for their appointment.

We do understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes mean that clients can’t attend their appointments and can give us little warning; therefore the manager will be using her discretion whether to waiver the charge.
